Felix High Fashion

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with all original seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used perfumes or fragrances

  • Personal care and cosmetic products

  • Flammable liquids or hazardous materials

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is approved, place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, with all seals intact, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
